The learning corparate is the one in which the learning capacity has been valued in all of levels of it, also it acquires new knowledge and utilize the knowledge, in its behaviors and systems. In this paper twelve indicators are indicators are conciderated, and on the basis of that is prepared a questionnaire for studying learning capacity.
On the basis of the consequences of this reaserch, the learning capacity of industrial corporations, is about fifty percent. These concequences indicates that many of corporations cann’t be succesfull in both quality and quantity of theirs outputs and also creativity, innovation, and acquiring the satisfaction of theirs customers.
