This eassy mainely aims at studing the Islamic system of management, in modern world today enhancement of the society is basically due to the management system of that society.
And of course this systems are according to the world visulization each system of management has.
In this survay we are going to investigate which charactristics an Islamic system should have to achieve his ideals as self-coming, generation and elevation toward god.
For this respect we have tried to consider and study the role of world visulization in humanities and management. This role will guide us to reveal some aspects of management in Islamic world visulazaition such as “human position in the organization” , “Managers inclination” “resolution in making decisions” “motivation” “juctice” and “god orientation”.
