It seems that the “contractual represetation” is treated as “rights” (hoqooq) and legal judicial representation are classified in the “rules” (ahkam). Further more, according to Islamic, Iranian and English legal systems, the agency is a (jaiez) relationship though, in the Islamic and Iranian law, it is possible to give binding power to this relationship by incorporating in (lazem) contract.
