Dissimulation is one of the rationale methods, which prevails over various nations, means to avoid falling into different dangerous situations.
Prophet Mohammad (P. B. U.H) confirmed Ammer-e-Yaser’s action in dissimulating then this in its turn began to immunize the Muslim’s lives at dangerous positions and was later on established as a rite in Islam by lmams 12th.
In this research, I have tried either to distinguish dissimulation, hypocrisy and falsehood or to explain the detailed different viewpoints of Shi’a and Sunni scholars on dissmulating permit for possible dangers to properties, lives, dignities and chasity.
In spite of the above religious approach, some biased and ignorant people to social trends considered it as a falsehood and mendacity.
On the other hand, the Sunni scholars believe that the dissimulation can only consider lawful to the dangers to everyone’s life.
I have made a precise inquiry on the certain role of dissimulating in suggestive, legal, penal and enacting commandments to percive if it has a heavenly penalty on the bound adults or not.
At the end, I concluded that although the dissimulation is like a shield surrounded against the fatal dangers by wisdom, divine law which is a divine wisdom has been considered and approved it as a duty for the people.
