Public management is in the beginning of a thinking revolution.
This revolution began with new public management and developed by reinventing government and was operational with reviewing national performance. These thinking changes are called as post Bureaucratic paradigm, entrepreneurial Government, etc and in scientific articles and academic discussions pros and cons appeared and discussed about it from their point of views.
The purpose of this article is to introduce new approaches in public management and stress entrepreneurial government and introduce the views of pros and cons.
This study tries to develop our vision about new approaches to note their short comings when using them.
