There are different views about the political behavior. Some writers and managers emphasis on positive and legitimate dimention and the others to negative and illigitimate dimention. From the Positive view in the management theories, the political behavior is a natural process in organization and by the means that we, survey and solve conflicts between groups and stakeholders and has emphasized to group benefits as well as satisfaction. In this article is said that favourable political behavior, with development of political rationality we can have influence in decision - making, organizational development, increasing of satisfaction, productivity, participative management, and orher organizational factors.
