Abstract

With the evolution of management, human resources as the intellectual capitals are emphasized by organizations and though new technology can increase productivity, human resource managers try to increase productivity through changing human relations.
But regardless of such attention to the importance of human resources there are some short comings which damage human relations and dissatisfy the labor force. This field research studies human relations in educational centers (particularly technical and vocational centers) and its results show that if managers want abtain the best use of their people, they must satisfy thier needs. (particularly through rewards, pay, benefits and attention) considering these important factors leads to better communications, avoids conflict and finally increase productivity.
