Abstract

It can not be denied the!t the Iranian legal system is seriosly affected by the Islamiciurisprudence, On the basis of a
systematized version of the Islamic jurisprudenc, Iranin legal system is dercted toward an Islamic society; and this phenomenon is
occured after the Islamic revolution of Iran. Accordingly, some multilateral comparisons between these two disciplines - law and
Islamic jurisprudence - is required; and this task needs much discussions, toward wich this essay would be a bried attempt.
Explaining and making some comparison between the subject and the objects of the disciplines in question, the present essay is
drawn up into two sections, law and Islamic jurisprudence; and in
this regard, law is introduced as the source of obligation.s Then, accounting the obligations as a part of sacred orders, the essay
comes to understanding the logical releation between law and Islamic jurisprudence.
