Abstract

Today's environment of organizations are changing in several
dimensions,suchasindustry,technology,market,humanresources,goverment,andtheeconomic,financial,andsociocultural conditions, and hence, influencing the organization's ability of achieving its goals. In this complex conditions, managersare to adapt with the environment, as an important challange and in order to survival of the organization. Organization in an uncertain
environment,are to be [nanaged withmodernprocesses,particularly in management of organizational behavior. In thisregard, this essay is aimed to pay more attention to some of itsrelated issues, e.g. empowerment, group learning, establishing of common vision, development of values of organizational culture andthe importance of the learder's role and activities in the organization.
