Control is one of the basic management functions. Control plays the role of feedback in management principles. The Existance and importance of control is obvious; but its effectiveness is more important. Because of this, we discussed the organizational control approaches, and then mixed them to a related appoach. At the end we have explained effective control indicators, according to the relation of approaches.
